Shayne Johnson didn't grow up dreaming of pressure washing, but life has a funny way of leading you exactly where you need to be.
His journey started in rural Michigan, then took him through college (Marketing & Logistics), into San Diego's competitive restaurant industry, and even overseas to China for several years. Each stop taught him something different: organization and systems thinking from his corporate days, customer service excellence and working under pressure from restaurants, and adaptability and problem-solving from his international experience.
But it was that restaurant background that really shaped SD Pressure Pros. When you're in hospitality, you learn that first impressions are everything. You develop an eye for the details others miss. You understand that clean isn't just clean but about creating an experience that makes people feel good.
After five years building SD Pressure Pros from the ground up, Shayne still personally oversees projects and works alongside clients. He's not interested in being the guy in the office. He's the guy with the pressure washer, making sure every job meets his standards.
